The house is two years old. Why would it need a deep clean already?
Because age is not what makes the work. A new house is still losing the water that went into it, so the first two winters put condensation on the glass and growth in the reveal corners and the shower sealant, none of which a weekly visit has the contact time for. Building dust also keeps working out from under plinths and behind skirting for months. It is a different list from an old house, not a shorter one.
