Weekly or fortnightly visits that keep the kitchen, bathrooms and floors on top of, by the same cleaner each time.

Deep Cleaning
The once-a-year reset: inside the oven, limescale, grout, behind furniture and every job a weekly clean never reaches.

Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
Hot water extraction that lifts the oily, bonded soil a vacuum leaves behind, on carpets, sofas and mattresses.

After Builders Cleaning
Construction dust needs different kit and more than one visit. Staged properly, with HEPA extraction throughout.

The oven taken apart rather than wiped: door glass separated where the model allows, racks and trays soaked out, fan housing and back plate degreased.

Mattress Cleaning
The bed as its own job, not an add-on to a carpet visit: sweat, body fluid and mineral marks worked with controlled moisture, then dried before you make it up.

Gutter Cleaning
Gutters cleared by vacuum from ground level, with a camera on the pole so you see inside the gutter before and after. No ladders, no roof work.

Driveway & Patio Cleaning
Block paving, slabs and concrete cleaned with a rotary surface cleaner, then re-sanded. The re-sanding is the step most cheap jetting jobs leave out.

House Clearance
Probate, downsizing and void clearances across Nottingham. Priced by volume and access, reuse and recycling before disposal, and the clean booked straight after.

Laundry & Ironing
Collection and return on a fixed weekly slot: a service wash charged by weight, ironing by item or by hour, and linen rotation for lets.

Plant-based, low-fragrance cleaners as standard, and we will use yours instead if you would rather.
The Same Cleaner
The same person each visit wherever we can, because a cleaner who knows your home does a better job of it.
Fixed Price In Writing
A written price agreed before we start. No hourly creep and no supplements added on the day.

Frequently AskedQuestions
Still unsure? Ring us on 07438 843980 and we will talk it through. More on the FAQ page.
Which areas of Nottingham do you cover?
We work across Nottingham and the surrounding county, from the city centre out to Hucknall, Arnold, Carlton, Beeston, Stapleford, West Bridgford, Ruddington and Keyworth. The full list is on our areas page. If your postcode is not on it, ask anyway, because the edges move.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. Our cleaners arrive with everything they need. If you would rather we used your own products, because of a sensitivity in the household or a surface that needs something specific such as natural stone, just say and we will.
Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
Every cleaner is DBS-checked, reference-verified and directly employed by us rather than subcontracted out. We carry public liability insurance and will send the certificate on request. Ask any cleaning company for it before the first visit, and treat a certificate that never arrives as your answer.
Do I have to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Most of our regular customers are at work. A key safe is the usual arrangement and the one we would recommend, because the key never leaves the property and you can change the code whenever you want.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and put it right at no charge. For end of tenancy work the window is 72 hours, which covers the gap between the clean and the check-out inspection.
