Less scrubbing and more taking things back to the surface underneath. In a house kept to this standard the visible dirt has already been dealt with, so the first visit goes to the reach jobs and to build up: polish film on woodwork, mop residue on hard floors, scum layered on a shower screen. Those need stripping once, and the regular visits hold it afterwards. Saying so beats selling a rescue clean this house does not need.
