There is black mould in the corner behind the sofa. Is that a cleaning problem?
Partly. The ground floor here is a solid concrete slab, so those corners stay colder than the rest of the room and warm air condenses on them the moment a piece of furniture blocks the circulation. We can take the growth off the paint, and it returns unless the sofa moves a few inches out and the room gets aired. Expect us to point at the cause rather than book the same patch in twice a year.
