Do you cover the village as well as the estate?
Both, and they are quoted differently because they are different jobs. An estate house is a known quantity and the figure holds from a description of it. A listed cottage needs looking at first, since unsealed floors, waxed joinery and lime plaster rule out things we would use without thinking two minutes up the road. The lane also decides where the van can sit.
