The window frames and the render on the shaded side go green every year. Can you deal with that?
The frames, sills, gaskets and glass are part of an exterior window visit, and that growth comes off with a brush and purified water rather than anything harsh. Render and paving are a different job with different equipment and are not part of a window round. It is algae rather than mould, fed by humidity off the water, so it returns and belongs on a rota rather than a rescue visit.
