Look at the extension gutter rather than the main one. When the upper run fills it tips over its front lip onto the extension roof, and the short gutter down there then takes two roofs at once. Clearing the top and leaving the bottom moves the overflow rather than stopping it. Can the front be cleared without me being in?
The front, yes. It is worked from the pavement and needs nothing from inside. The back is the part to arrange, because it is reached through the rear entry or not at all, and a vacuum hose will not go through a living room the way a window pole does.
