Is the cellar included in a regular clean?
No, and it is worth agreeing in writing rather than assuming. Cellars in these terraces are unheated, often damp, and usually storage, so they need a different approach and different footwear from the rest of the house. We will sweep and clear one as a separate job if you ask. On a rental it matters more, because if a photograph of the cellar sits in the check-in file, it is one of the spaces you are handing over.
