Mostly, yes. The same house type comes up street after street, so we can put a realistic time against a three bedroom one from a description alone. Three things still move it: whether the pantry has gone and the kitchen been opened up, whether the loft carries a converted room and its own stair, and what condition the carpets are in after a long tenancy. Give us those three and we will not be revising anything on the doorstep.
